DevaTwist™ 101
The DevaTwist™ is made of gentle microfiber fabric that is soft, absorbent, and hypo-allergenic.
The “looped” texture of terrycloth can disrupt your curls by creating frizz. The soft, absorbent texture of microfiber is gentler and won’t rough up your curls.
Cotton is a natural fiber that saturates quickly and dries slowly, so it can hold on to bacteria and odors. It also wears out quickly and produces lint. Microfiber is a high-tech synthetic fabric that is durable and has a long lifespan. It can hold 7-8x its weight in water, dries quickly, and is lint-free.
Our popular Devatowel® and DevaTwist™ are made of the same gentle, frizz-fighting microfiber fabric. The difference is in the design. The Devatowel® is a traditional, rectangular towel shape and the DevaTwist™ is designed to be wrapped and fastened around curls for hands-free drying.
Use the DevaTwist™ when you want to free up your hands to do other things while your curls dry. The Devatowel® is great for when you want to scrunch to remove excess water and enhance definition. Both are must-haves for your toolkit!

I had previously bought this product & just wanted another one to take with me to my home in Ireland so I don't have to keep bringing the same one back & forth. This way, I'll have one there, & one here. I wear them in the shower to keep my hair dry on days I don't want to wash my hair. It's great for that, & then I periodically wash it in the washer, & hang it up to dry. It's PERFECT!

I bought 2 of these on sale, one for me and one for my daughter. We both use them regularly. They have a nice texture, and are good for plopping and styling. But we both found the placement of the button made it difficult to get the loop over the button when we put the towel on our hair after washing and we both (independently) ended up adding an extra hair loop at the end of the sewn on loop so that it would fit over our heads of hair. Neither of us have bulky hair, we keep it short and my daughter's especially is fine and thin, so we wondered how folks with a big head of hair would manage. Otherwise no complaints, as I said it's very useful and I enjoy using it, as does my daughter.
