What advice would you give to those just starting their curl journey?
Be patient. Don’t give up on your curls. As someone who was always blow-drying their hair before working here, I had no idea what my hair could do. After a few haircuts and some hydration, it was like a different head of hair.
What sparked your curl obsession?
I didn’t truly get into my culy hair until I worked here and I saw what my hair could really do. From then on I wanted to help others appreciate what they have and teach them how to care for it.
What's your favorite part of an appointment?
My favorite part is when my client is almost dry and we flip their hair over, shake it out, and they get a first glimpse of what their color really looks like.
Favorite product or styling trick?
I love Set It Free for bringing down frizz and flyaways.
