Professionalism and good vibes! Ny is an expert at her craft and takes the time to know each and every one of her clients and their hair. I just had my second visit. I loved the results of my twist out and I am so happy to be on my way to healthy hair.

Today was my first time at Ms. Ny's salon. Her staff are very friendly and its clear she is very knowledgeable and passionate to educate clients. I love the fact that she educates clients and provides individualized details and information on each person's hair. I know so much more about my hair now then I have in the 2 years I have been natural. She is very attentive and knows her craft very well. My 2 points of constructive criticism would be regarding the hair treatment and appointment length. I was booked for a deva cut and wash and go (first time for both). After my hair being shampooed ad conditioned I was immediately placed in the steamer. I thought it might have been part of the service but then I remembered seeing it on the services list. I think its very important to share with clients that they are in need of a treatment based on the health of their hair and that its an added cost rather than just doing the treatment and the client paying more than they had budgeted. I still tipped because I am grateful for her analysis of my hair and the education. I budgeted to pay $140, but ended up paying $170 instead. I didn't make a fuss about it because I haven't been to the salon in 6 months for a treatment or trim and needed it but I think its still very important to be completely transparent with clients. Also, while a time frame is provided for each service I think it should be shared that its possible the service(s) may run longer due to being in the dryer for a wash and go etc. Its possible this is common knowledge for a lot of people, but not for me because I do my own hair about 90-95 percent of the time. Rather than 2 hours for a deva cut and wash and go (I am thinking 3 hours maximum) I was there for 5 hours. Longest I have ever been to a salon. Its partly because my hair takes a long time to dry but wow! Despite this I appreciate the additional knowledge I gained and the overall treatment and experience. Thank you Ms. Ny & your team!

I happened to stable across Ny the Stylest when I was headed to an appointment. I am a curly girl but typically wear extensions because managing my curls is frustrating and my curls would get dry quick. I decided to try Ny out and let me just say this she has brought the Life out of me and my hair. During my appointment as I was sitting under the steamer I got an awesome hand and lower arm massage and it was amazing. In addition she educated me on hair as well as an assessment on my hair. She listened to my hair concerns and was able to understand what they were and solved all of my problems. Lastly it's great to be around alot of curly girls and great customer service! When you go to Ny her and her team are AWESOME!! THANKS for making me a Happy Customer! I will be back🥰

Ny truly gets to know your hair and teaches you techniques for your personal texture. She is amazing at what she does! I won’t let anyone else color or cut my hair.
