Annie has such a wonderful sensibility and skill level. I'm always impressed at how she shapes my cut and instructs me on how to better style and take care of my curls at home. She's also very friendly and easy-going, love her vibe. I always feel that I'm in the most capable hands :)

The worst salon experience I have ever had. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Visiting from out of state for my son's wedding tomorrow, rehearsal dinner this evening. I am use to the Deva approach as I get my hair cut and styled at another Deva salon in my home area. Wanted a Deva wash and style, showed Annie a photo of my hair from prior Deva styling and told what I specifically liked. I was shocked when the styling was complete, I didn't even recognize myself. Hating your hair the even of your son's wedding is the worst. Do NOT TRUST any of the prior reviews. Annie had another client scheduled so passed me along to another stylist who had the worst customer relations manner, insulting and dismissive. I ended up walking out after having paid and rushing to redo my hair before the rehearsal dinner. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. A waste of money & time but even worse is feeling this upset before my son's wedding. If I could give a NEGATIVE RATING I would do so.
