All pricing is reflected in USD and international orders will be converted by your Credit provider based on the daily exchange rate.

PROCESSING
Our Shipping facility cut-off is 1:55PM EST/EDT, orders placed prior will be processed same-day Monday thru Friday with tracking codes generated and obtained at midnight EST from origin zip code 63042.

Orders after 1:55PM EST pickup will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING
Currently, Devacurl.com ships Domestically, servicing: US, CA and PR.

Shipping Exceptions apply for Expedited Orders, US Non-Contiguous Orders, CA & PR orders that contain Aerosols.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Devacurl.com warehouse staff will be at home celebrating with their families on Thursday (Thanksgiving) Nov 24th and Friday Nov 25th 2016. Any orders placed after 2pm EST on Wednesday, November 23rd will ship on Monday, November 28th.

Free Ground:
Free Ground shipping is available to the Contiguous United States, not including Alaska and Hawaii.

AK/HI:
We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii and Alaska. Restricted Items include: Aerosols, such as Flexible Hold Hair Spray, Shine Spray and NoPoo Quick Cleanser. Restrictions set by the U.S. Department of Transportation, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply.

Post Office Boxes:
PO, APO, FPO, DPO's - We cannot ship to PO Boxes via FedEx and will need to adjust shipping to USPS at the shipping facility. Due to regulation/restrictions, we are unable to ship Aerosols to APO, FPO and DPO locations.

Canada:
Shipping is a flat rate of $15 for most destinations in Canada* except NU, NT, YT ($100). Other restrictions may apply.

Express (Air) Shipping Restrictions
We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items by air. Restricted items include: Aerosols, such as Flexible Hold Hair Spray, Shine Spray and NoPoo Quick Cleanser. REPLACEMENT PUMPS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your pump, please contact Customer Care with your Order Number and they will issue you a new one.

EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item(s) within 60 days of purchase using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email. Exchanges are free. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless DevaCurl made an error on your outbound shipment. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Care and have your Order Number handy.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the full order within 60 days of purchase using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email. Gift With Purchase Returns
If you are returning an item that qualified for a Gift with Purchase:
Please include the bonus gift with your return.
If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your account will be charged for its value.

PROCESSING
It may take up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take an additional seven business days to reflect this transaction.
