I got my hair cut yesterday at OlyCurl. Throughout the entire process, Yukiko asked questions about my routine and taught me about my hair. She went slowly at every step and explained not only what she was doing but why. She gave me a simple routine to follow that really works! My hair was so shiny and soft when I left. I woke up this morning and barely even needed a refresh. My hair stayed frizz-free and bouncy. I feel confident in my ability to recreate my style thanks to Yukiko's guidance. I don't think I have returned to a stylist a second time in many years, but I cannot wait for my next appointment at OlyCurl so I can keep this journey going!

Meeting Yukiko has been a huge blessing! I am of the "I didn't even know I had curly hair" camp. I spent my life combing, curling, straightening, smoothing, stressing about this mess of hair that was unmanageable...then one day I heard about DevaCurl and began to realize that this mop was trying desperately to CURL! The more I learned, the more I knew I needed a stylist trained in curly cutting and styling techniques. Finding Yukiko was a very happy coincidence, and it's one that I rejoice in with every return visit! I drive 6-7 hours each way, and it's worth every minute. Yukiko is talented, listens to my requests, understands curly hair needs and quirks, and I walk out looking and feeling fabulous. :)
Prior to meeting Yukiko, my curls were not happy! My hair did not feel healthy and it was a constant challenge to attempt to control it! After working with Yukiko, my hair has never been healthier! I do not like heavy products in my hair nor do I choose to color it.... Yukiko has always supported me and has taught me the best way to take care of my hair. It is not uncommon for me to receive compliments about my hair, all my thanks to Oly Curl! The staff are amazing and will teach you how to love and care for your curls!
