She asked me how I wanted my hair and then ignored what I asked for and cut it how she wanted. I told her I wanted my hair to be the same length, and it had to be long enough to still put in a pony tail. She cut my hair long in the front and short in the back. I questioned it and she brushed it around and said it was fine. She put A TON of hairspray in my hair and didn't use any of the devacurl products. I picked this salon because it was recommended on this website and I wanted to give a DevaCurl salon a try. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is they did not charge me for donating my hair. I was hoping to find a place that I would be able to go in the future, but I definitely won't be this place. I ended up cutting the front of my hair myself to make my hair even/fix it myself.

She spent no time with me at all. She spent 5 minutes cutting my hair and then took other clients while their color artist, who was amazing but clearly didn’t know devacurl added product. they didn’t use the devacurl method, at all. I’m embarrassed of my hair. $100 is wasted and I wish I had never searched for a salon on this website.They allowed me to leave with my hair frizzy and genuinely looking worse than it did when I walked in. I wanted to get out of there as soon as I could becuase embarrassed of the way I looked and was starting to cry.
