I have been recently dealing with some hair loss due to a health condition and wanted a cut that revitalized my style while providing me with some much-needed volume. Tamara was very considerate and made sure to address all of my concerns about my hair. She took the time to explain the cut, and how to style my curls. I have found a new home for my curls, and am very happy with my cut.

I've been struggling with the curly girl method for months, tried so many techniques, and finally in June my previous stylist kindly recommended I find someone specializing in curls, both for curl-friendly salon products and knowledge. I went to Tamara and I cannot believe how educational this haircut was, and my curls sit so much nicer now (also, they're legit curls and not just waves anymore)! She took my crazy process (plop, leave-ins, gel, diffusing, ack!!! - the online forums are very overwhelming) and pared it down significantly, and now I get BETTER hair from it and a much faster morning routine (hallelujah). I've washed twice since my cut and have gotten the same consistency as she showed me and the frizz disappeared completely. I will definitely go back to Tamara!

I got my first Deva cut on February with Tamara, and I feel that I finally found a place where my curls are in good hands. I moved like 2 hours away from them, and am still planning on going back soon. The trip will be worth it.

I had my first ever Deva cut with Tamara, she was wonderful, knowledgeable & so nice, barely cut my curls but changed the shape completely! She taught me how to work my curls & use the Deva product & I feel great, my curls have never looked this good! Thanks Tamara
