Susie is super friendly and very conversational. Seems genuinely curious about who you are while sharing about herself. Has a pretty good memory about what we talk about despite being 3-4 months between visits. Cuts have always been good.

Judgemental woman who talked incessantly about herself. Laughed at the way I pronounced "porosity" (I'd only read the word, never heard it spoken.) Abandoned me under the dryer until my scalp and ears were burning. Used a disgusting amount of product. The cut itself was terrible and uneven. I'd never go back.
