This was my first time to any kind of professional hair salon, let alone for anything Deva related! I got to the salon and I was met with a nice welcome and great customer service. I was offered a beverage (chose water) and then given a questionnaire about my hair. After finishing that, Sterling met with me and asked me what is going on with my hair and there was....a few things that my hair was dealing with.. :( She understood and was able to help me understand what my hair was going through and the reasons why it may be more dry and less manageable at this point. I found out that my texture has changed dramatically since moving to Orlando, but now I have a plan of action. I think everyone's favorite part is the washing as no one's ever given me a head massage like that before! PHENOMENAL! :D After the whole wash, style, and dry process, we sat back at the chair and discussed my hair and recapped different styles that I thought would be more difficult to pull off for work or gym or whatever! Thank you, Sterling, for sharing your knowledge and talents with me! I will most definitely revisit and maybe (strong maybe..lol) get some pintura highlights in my hair for the first time...I highly recommend this salon and Sterling for their knowledge, skill, and great customer service! :) Stay fabulous, ladies! <3
