I started going to Shelly in 2015 - my hair was dry, flat, and damaged from dying it on my own. ( do not dye your own hair!! ) Shelly transformed by broken hair and I am now living with bouncy, soft curls again! My current hair cut is a curly shag. She is a great instructor and will teach you how to style & care for your hair. I started using Deva Curl products daily and my hair has never been better. There are so many excellent DevaCurl retail options at Fringe, but she helped me pick out what works best for my curls. I use Beautiful Mess & Wave Maker to style my hair & the Low Poo shampoo! I highly recommend Shelly as a stylist if you are looking for something high quality & low maitenince !
