i came in for my appointment & Shelby talked to me for a bit about my routine (soak my head, shake it out & walk out the door), what products I use, (none) and when I last loved my hair (never) I was a little nervous when she started cutting, but she knew what she was doing. after she did the cut, she washed out my hair and showed me how to put be'leave in conditinor in & work the bangs over the side. it was so nice to leave with hair i was happy with, and the ability to recreate the style, in my usual routine. I work with a bunch of cranky men truck drivers, and they noticed and commented on the cut, how much better it looked, than the really long blunt cut I had.
