I found Shannon in March 2020, and I’m glad she was able to cut my hair before the COVID shutdown. It’s been almost a year and my cut actually held up really well over that year. I got COVID and recovered and the first thing I did was make an appointment for Shannon to fix me back up again. She’s amazing.

If I could leave no stars I would unfortunately that's not a choice. This woman doesn't know anything about curly hair she absolutely ruined my hair. Unfortunately while I was there I knew it was short but I was trying to be fair and give her a chance so I thought I'm going to go home do my hair the way I do it and see how it goes. Well the outcome is she ruined my hair I asked her to even it up she Chopped it but then left all these straggly pieces it looks absolutely horrible. I can't even get a style out of it it is so bad. The headline me saying she's paying people to leave reviews I saw on her station he has posted if you leave me a 5-star review today on devacurl you will get $5 off your service. I absolutely rely on reviews for everything I spend money on and that woman is cheating the system she is horrible I hope everyone read this. I am a person who has horrible problems with depression and self-confidence this woman has put me into the worst spiral downwards because of ruining my hair the little bit of self-confidence I might have had left and she ruined it.
