I was so excited to find a salon in my area to offer services for those with curly hair. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what I was looking for. Sarah verbalized that my hair should be cut dry (which she did) and by the curl (which she did not). When she was done cutting, I didn't have one curl left on my head. When cut correctly, the curls just bounce up like magic. Worst hair cut in a long time.
