When I entered the salon I was greeted by the receptionist then I checked in and was offered a small refreshment. Sara greeted me and guided me towards her chair, I explained to her that this is my first deva cut and I’ve never had one before and I have a lot of questions to ask. She laughed and explained the process to tell me about how a deva cut works then explained how she’s gonna do it. She was very friendly and helpful while doing my hair and eager to answer any question I had and told me what she did and explained why she did it. After the cut she had a paper listing and explaining the steps we did for my hair and which products she would recommend me using based on my needs, best experience I’ve ever had!
