From the moment I walked in I, and my puffy hair, felt welcomed. I have very thick and curly hair (I'm also biracial if that gives you a better picture). Sandy made me feel comfortable and happy from the beginning of my cut to the end, and definitely made me feel proud of my hair before and after service! You won't get an experience like the one at Sam & Bill's anywhere else, I guarantee!

I had to go an hour and a half from home, and I paid more than I EVER have for a haircut. But it isn’t scheduled again until 6 months from now, and for 2 days in a row, it’s taken me less than 20 minutes to get it looking the best it ever has (and 10-15 minutes is diffusing because I don’t have time to air dry). Worth every penny, I absolutely love it. Sandy did a fantastic job explaining to me what she was doing and was patient with my million questions, too! AND online booking is super quick and easy on their website.
