The employee returned a phone call I had left regarding my appointment. They state on their website safety comes first, but apparently it doesn't. The owner was so loudly complaining and cussing about me that I could hear him in the background better than I could hear his employee. The employee tried to cover and say she didn't hear him cuss, but hearing the f-bomb dropped in regards to you is something you don't miss. So she is either good at trying to cover for him or he uses that language do often that she doesn't even register it anymore. Either way, I've already paid for the whole cut and am not keeping the appointment. I did not deserve to be treated in that manner, especially by a self proclaimed expert in a little town.
