I’m a born and raised Cali Girl who recently moved to Ohio. I went to 2-3 stylists when I landed in her chair. I was super reluctant since I hadn’t found a stylist in Ohio that specializes in curly hair. Now Rebecca has straight hair and in my mind I’m thinking “no way she is going to know curly hair”. I WAS DEAD WRONG, this lady knows a lot and even taught me a few things! I am so thoroughly pleased with her, my deva cut and color I will not go to another stylist as long as I live in Ohio. She is eager to please, asks many questions and constantly asks for input. She truly wants her clients to love their cut and color and goes the extra mile to put a newbie at ease. About a year ago I decided to embrace my natural curly hair. To begin this journey I wanted to be seen by a stylist that was deva cut certified. I found Rebecca and she had great reviews so I decided to contact her. I was a little nervous because previously I had gone to the same salon for around 10 years. Upon meeting her she was immediately warm and welcoming. She educated me on so many topics ranging from my style of haircut to my curl pattern to which products I should start using. She is VERY educated!! After my initial visit I loved the way my curls looked and felt. A few months later I had gone back to Rebecca and she colored my hair the second visit. I had done highlights and she painted color on each individual curl making them pop! My last visit with her we decided to go dark for fall and I love my color so much! She definitely takes her time and she is someone whos opinion I value when making changes. She will not steer you in the wrong direction. She has great costumer service she always asks for pics a few days after I get my hair done and she always makes time to answer my questions. She is a wonderful person and she has made me love my hair so much more!

I have been to Rebecca 3 times now. I had made the decision to embrace my naturally curly hair and I wanted someone devacut certified to help me begin my journey. I was nervous I had previously gotten my hair done at the same place for the last 10 years. As soon as I sat down she began to educate me on how I should be caring for my hair and what kind of cut would best compliment my curl pattern. She did an exceptional job! The second time I seen her I wanted some highlights and she was really amazing at studying my curls and placing the highlights so I would have dimension. The third time I seen her we did a dramatic color change she took the time to look at swatches with me and gave me her best recommendation and I walked away loving my hair more than I ever have! She is very educated on products and styling and she offers me free treatments when she has new products available. Simply put she is one of my favorite people and I will continue to get my hair done by her!

After quarantine, I was looking forward to a haircut. I drove over 1.5 hours because she is the closet level 3/master stylist near me. She was 30 minutes behind. Her customer before me received a beautiful cut. Not so with me! She butchered my hair! I clearly stated where I want my bangs to end, what shape I wanted, etc. My hair on top of my head sticks up as she cut it 3 inches too short. The back of my hair hangs down, flat against the top of my head, sticks out on the bottom. It looks terrible! She talked the entire time, loudly, bragging about her accomplishments. Now I'm going to have to pay more money to get it fixed as I am not leaving it this way for 3 to 6 months. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.
