I went here twice and both times I was appalled with her customer service. She neglects you and leaves you sitting there for so long while she talks with other people. She is extremely rude to her employees and she bashes other clients. She will not listen to your requests and raised her voice multiple times. It was uncomfortable and awkward

Noelle was rude, to both me and her staff, made me feel bad about what I had been doing with my hair in the past, and completely ignored my requests and styling preferences. There are other salons in Hamilton that cut curly hair, save your money and your sanity and go literally anywhere else.

I had my curly hair cut here for a while, mainly because I didn't know anywhere else to go. Professionalism is lacking. It is awkward and uncomfortable to hear her talk poorly about other clients and complain about her employees/job while she cuts my hair. The last 2 haircuts were awful and she didn't listen to what I wanted at all. I would strongly recommend not going to ellenoire.
