Can't help falling in love with my curls

Nikki has been a godsend. I use to only straighten my hair daily or if it was curly, they were like spaghetti string curls. When we went virtual at work, I decided to learn how to do my hair so I booked Nikki for a curly cut and education session. AMAZING! She was patient and fun, teaching different ways my hair could fall and curl to maximize the curls. It has been almost 1.5 years since then and my curls are more gorgeous than ever and I only go to Nikki! Now I wear my curls for special events, weddings, etc. Even my corporate photo has these amazing curls! Game changer and will help me with my future kids if they are blessed with these curls too. Thanks Nikki!

I went in to Nikki hoping she would give my hair some life and she did exactly that!! I thought I was doing all the "curly girl" styling correctly, but I just had the WRONG haircut. She gave me some great layers to create volume and I even went for BANGS!! Like what!? I absolutely love my hair and can't wait to see her again! She listens to what you want, and takes her time. Very detailed and just amazing.

I have been to Nikki once for me for my first Deva cut and once for my son. I was very impressed with her during my appointment but not with my sons. I let that go, but I had spoken to her about my appointment and scheduled my appointment two months out. The morning of, I was about to leave to drive there since it takes me about 40 minutes to get to her, and she cancelled on me. She stated she was going to be out for several weeks and would let me know ASAP when she could get me in. I understood and said I hope everything is okay. No word from her then the salon closed during the COVID issue. I had texted her once things started to reopen asking her if she knew when I could reschedule if she knew when they were opening back up. NO RESPONSE from her at all. Then I received a text, stating there was a cancellation. I sent it to her and asked if she was open? She finally responded and said yes she was. I then asked her if she had a Saturday open to get me and my son in. Her response was, all I have open is online. Okay, I texted her back asking if there was anyway she could get me in sooner since I have already been waiting patiently for her since March. No response again. Then I said I didn't appreciate her ignoring me and I didn't understand why she wasn't willing to try to get me in since she had cancelled on me the morning of my appointment in March and I desperately needed to get in with her. Her only response was hours later that she doesn't ignore her customers and that she was the emergency was the reason why she cancelled on me. I told her I didn't need to know details, I just needed her to be willing to try and get me in since I have been waiting since she cancelled my appointment and she disregarded me and was not willing to be understating or work me in, nothing. All other stylist have been getting appointments rescheduled and taking care of their clients but I feel like Nikki could care less about that. I'm very disappointed in the type of service and communication from her. She doesn't show that she truly cares about her clients nor is caring that she has put people out for months.
