First off I will say that Nataly had an amazing and friendly personality. Unfortunately, she did not take heed of the length I had requested, stating that she was confused based on pictures I had shown her. This being the case, I would much have preferred her to have confirmed and clarified my desired length. I came in with what was just shy of hip-length wavy hair and had asked for something around boob-length. She immediately cut off several inches to barely under my shoulders (didn't even progressively cut shorter, immediately chopped off a huge length). When I mentioned it near the beginning of the cut process, she assured me it would be fine, but at the end of my appointment, it didn't even resemble the picture she was supposedly basing her cut off of. The only reason for 2 stars is because she fixed the highlights I had also gotten and put me back to my natural color, free of charge. She was accommodating after I had voiced my displeasure. I felt that the co-owner was very defensive and I got the vibe that there was negativity directed at me simply because I was unhappy with my service. I was sternly told how much I would pay and why. The thing that astonishes me the most is that I came in and paid for a DevaCut, yet I was given a mix of both DevaCurl and Ouidad products. I enjoyed Nataly's energy and conversation, but unfortunately, I wish she would have clarified any confusion with me instead of assuming I wanted 10"+ cut off of hair that took me a very long time to grow. I wish a more conservative approach had been taken in regards to my length.
