Memory was a wonderful stylist. I had read positive reviews online about her from a curly girl FB group and I made an appointment through the Salon website based on those recommendations. Memory was professional and attentive. She took her time during the consultation and listened attentively to my concerns and we discussed my routine and goals for my curly hair in-depth. I felt confident that there were no miscommunications between what I wanted and what she envisioned for my hair. Memory made sure to keep me informed during the process every step of the way. Making sure I understood what she was doing during the Deva cut transformation and the pintura highlights. I really felt safe in her very capable hands. She patiently explained techniques to improve my daily routine and why certain products were better suited for my hair. She made sure I understood her demonstrations and even had me try each new technique in front of her. I was happy with my results and plan to return. Thanks again, Memory!

I’ve had straight hair my whole life until menopause decided I needed some texture. I’ve struggled with getting a good cut and learning how to style my hair for the past year. Memory taught me which products to use, how to use them, and gave my hair a beautiful shape with so much volume. I can’t say enough good things about her. Thank you, Memory!

Wish there was a 0 rating. I showed Memory 2 photos of the Deva Cut I wanted. In both photos, the side were chin length when curled up. My sides were cut where they curl up to above my ear lobes. One side was over an inch shorter than the other. Also, in the photos the backs were left long enough to curl except at the neckline. She cut my back less than 2 inches long so it only curls at the crown. It will take at least 6 months to grow it back to the length in the photos. The worst cut I've had in 20 years. AWFUL!
