After getting referred to Mckenna by my sister, Mckenna put the curls back in my hair that I never thought was imaginable! I went a while back and when I went I was just getting started in my Curly Girl journey. I missed how my curls where before I straightened them or uses a curling wand on my hair. My hair was damaged! Mckenna was amazing! She helped me find products that my hair LOVES. My hair looked dull when I walked in and was AMAZING when I left! I didn't realize how curly my hair was until she worked her magic on it! Definitely my go-to place for getting my haircut!

Oh My Goodness!!!!! I cannot say how much I appreciate and am grateful to McKenna Schade for discovering my curly hair. She has changed my life!!! I am of the Baby Boom Generation. Never once in all my years of going to various salons and hairdressers has anyone mentioned my having curly hair!! As soon as McKenna washed my hair and began combing it out, she said, “Wow! Yiu have really curly hair!” I replied that I did have a lot of body, but I would call it curly. She countered, “No, I am talking really curly hair! Let me show you. Shall We specialize in curly hair. Would you like me to cut your hair to have your natural curls come out?” Well, sure. I am open to “play”. She transformed my hair!! I left with hair I loved. Specific products and instructions on how to get this look for myself. Family and friends all asked if I had gotten a perm. They were all shocked - including my daughters - when I told them that this was my naturally curly hair. None of us had a clue!!!! And, I got SOOOO many compliments. And it is so easy. I live in Florida. So I am able now to just wash, treat with the products McKenna recommended, and let air dry - and I’m good to go!!! Thank you, McKenna!! Truly, you HAVE changed me life!! I feel as if not only my hair, but I have been set free!!!! See you my next trip back home to Indiana!!!!!

I just love McKenna and Maggie!! When I first started going to the Cutting Edge I wore my hair in a ponytail all the time, now I maybe wear one once a week if that. I love that I now know how to style my curls. Plus I swear every time I go see McKenna my hair gets curlier!!! As long as I live in the area I will only go to McKenna or Maggie for my hair styling needs!!
