I hadn’t cut my hair in more than 1.5 years because of so many previously bad cuts. Hair was split and dry and would not hold a curl and instead frizzed. I couldn’t deal anymore and went online to find Maria. Splurge but totally worth it. My hair is healthy and holds curls now. And she is so sweet. She walked me through everything and told me what to you. And she said 4-6 months for a trim now is fine. And she didn’t try to push a bunch of expensive products on me. Highly, highly recommend Maria!

I went in with a picture of a curly highlight or "pintura" coloring. I specified I wanted mild highlighting and just extra dimension into my hair. She claimed she knew how to use the pintura technique. Then brought out foils and started just highlighting my whole head. When the foils were done my hair was way too blonde and I realized she didn't listen to my concerns and just kinda did a normal highlight. She was nice enough to fix it but I wish she had brushed up on her curly color technique before she took the appointment. She was very nice but it is always frustrating when a stylist doesn't listen to your request. Id recommend her for a highlight but not a curly pintura job.

Maria did a great job cutting my hair according to how my curls behave (fine curly hair). She also walked me through each step as she styled my hair following the cut. I learned so much!

Maria cut off all my old gross chemically straightened hair and gave me my first devacut. She changed my hair forever and was amazing. I cannot recomment Maria enough.
