She's not knowledgeable about the DevaCurl products. When I told her I needed help styling my hair she was going to pawn me off on a different stylist. I left the salon looking like a frizzy, stringy, undefined mess! I had to restyle it myself once I got back home. The layers she cut were fine, overall, not worth the money.
