Being nervous for my first Dry/deva cut walking into the salon everyone was so friendly, made me feel comfortable. Lauren was amazing! She gave my curls life, just what they needed. Great shampoo as well!

Went in with my hair long came out with a mullet. I asked for a light trim and she literally chopped my beautiful hair into a mullet. I’ve been depressed crying for days.
After blow drying my hair, Lauren left it frizzy and quite unorganized. I asked for my ends to be tuned in, however she made inconsistent curls through my head(which were creased). When I asked her to fix them she had an attitude and noticeably did not want to work on my hair anymore. I was left unsatisfied and disappointed.
