I had my first Deva Cut appointment on 05/08/21 with Lauren. She instantly gave positive and exciting energy! Because I am African American and have tight coursed curls, I was a little hesitate at first about getting my hair done at a salon like Elle Salon; however, Lauren immediately made me feel more comfortable with the idea after our conversations. She was well educated on my specific hair type and knew exactly how to reshape my natural frame. She even recommended some great DevaCurl products for me to use and demonstrated those products on my curls, which came out awesome! Overall, my experience was great from customer service to my end results. I get a ton of compliments about my hair and I cannot stop bragging! LOL I would definitely recommend more ethnic hair types--who lives in Central PA, close to Mechanicsburg--to go visit Lauren and get their Deva Cut! I will FOR SURE be scheduling my future appointments with Lauren!!!!
