Kristina was a good stylist and had good customer service, however, I did not leave satisfied. I went in for a trim because I was about 4 inches away from my goal length of waist length hair (when straightened or blown out) and I had a lot of split ends. I knew going into it I would lose about 2 inches because of the damaged ends and as she cut my hair was looking healthier. After the wash and application of products it looked really healthy and she cut some more. It was difficult to tell how short my hair really was because after cuts and with application of a lot of products it curls up tighter. Unfortunately once I got in the car I realized my stretched hair extended maybe an inch and a half past my shoulders at its longest points. We agreed that I wanted a similar length all around to transition better to straight styles and to get rid of damage while maintaining as much healthy length as possible with my intentions of straightening my hair for my upcoming graduation in May. I don’t want to wear my own natural hair at all when May arrives. I cried the entire 40 minute ride home because my mom and I were talking just this pst weekend about how long my hair was. I could pull it from the back to nearly waist length and now it’s about 6 inches all around. I wish I would’ve noticed sooner how much length was actually being cut off. I went from long full hair to a short round style. I think she would be a great stylist for those looking for a short cut because it looks good for what it is but it is not what I wanted. I started my 3 year grad program with hair nearly this length and it took the past two years to get where I was prior to this appointment.
