I am a 3a/b and I have been getting dry curly cuts for years now. Three years ago I started seeing Kaitlyn at DeWeese for an official Deva Cut. She's awesome. She will listen to what you want in terms of length and shape, and isn't afraid to offer suggestions. I was never nervous sitting down in her chair, knowing she understands curls and would give me a great cut. As a bonus, appointments are pretty easy to make at DeWeese, and the cuts are affordable considering the skill of the stylists and the quality of products used.
