Jessica understands curls! She gave me an amazing cut! It was a dry cut that I would have loved. On one side anyway... After the cut and me explaining that I wanted an even cut because I part my curls on either side she took five or six snips on one side. My hair is now five inches shorter on the right side. Mistakes happen... I asked Jess to fix it but didn't get a response. I'm confident that my experience was a one off. Just be aware that if you have issues Jess will ignore you. I spent $140 for the cut and more for products just to be polite. I've had to pin back my curls since January while waiting for the right side to grot out.
