There was a mix up when booking the appointment and I was scheduled with someone who doesn’t do diva cuts. The stylist then worked with the entire salon to find me an opening with someone who could do the cut I wanted. It was refreshing to have someone admit that they couldn’t do something and find me someone else as opposed to going ahead with a cut. 5 stars to her! Enrique had an opening and was able to work on my hair. He did a fabulous job and listened intently to what I wanted my hair to look like when he was finished. He fixed the job that someone else had made of my hair. If I’m ever in the DC area I’ll go back to him!
