Donna was super flexible and was able to fit me in with just a days notice! She took her time to cut my hair thoroughly and with care. Donna has more than 20 years experience doing hair and is a wealth of knowledge. She let me feel my hair at every step of the process and explained what she was doing in detail. She also gave me some tips for upkeep and doing it on my own which I can't say has happened with other hairdressers I've seen in the past.
