Perhaps Colleen may be better at cutting and styling individuals with wavier hair types, however, type 3 and above individuals should absolutely avoid this salon until more experienced staff is found. Unfortunately at the end of my appointment my curls ended up looking like stringy mess with no definition. The cut itself was also lack luster and uneven because with a dry cut before styling it is more difficult to account for curls springing up to different lengths. Colleen did not appear to have the knowledge to navigate these issues or maybe in my case she ran out of time to try and fix it. Either way the end look was laughable (at my expense....) I will say that as an individual Colleen is extremely nice, but it doesn’t make up for an expensive botched haircut. Will not return and do NOT recommend.

Colleen is not only the sweetest person on earth she’s a phenomenal stylist who truly takes the time to listen to your needs and wants. Her curly cut is so well balanced and left my curls looking so bouncy and soft! She’s the best!!
