This hair experience was the worst hair experience I have ever had in my entire life except for the time a hairstylist cut on side of my head an inch and a half shorter than the other side. I paid a premium for Charlie to cut my hair, only to then be turned over to someone to wash my hair. I thought Charlie would style it, but she styles it. She had no idea how to handle my hair type. She put so much product in my hair that it was sticky before it was even put under the dryer. It came out of the dryer looking frizzy and sticky and awful. Then she had to go get Charlie because it looked so terrible when she finished scrunching out my hair. He managed to make it at least somewhat curly, but by that point so much product had been added to my super fine hair that it was sticking to the back of my neck. He made the excuse that she was still in training, but I didn't pay to have my hair made into a disaster by someone who doesn't know what they are doing. I litterally went out to the car and cried it was so bad looking. I had errands to run and was embarrased to be seen in public. I went home and immediately showered. My boyfriend and I both agreed it was better looking and curlier when my hair air dried with no product in it.

The difference Charlie has made is significant, and I’ve never been more happy with my hair than I am now. Many years of wearing my hair up, straightening etc. Charlie was instrumental in giving my hair what it needed to suit me, and great advice about how to treat it. Many times he’s converted a mop into a curly wonder, with me bounding out the door in search of a bar and a good time. Charlie is straightforward, always helpful and feel he has my best interest at heart
