After 32 years of trying to manage and love my curls, I tried a Deva Cut with Cassidy, and I am so glad I did. She walked me through the process, explaining the techniques and purpose of each step and product, detoxed my hair and set me up with all the products I would need to keep my curls in shape. It's been only three months since my first cut and went back in for a reshaping recently, and I have already noticed a big difference in my hair's moisture, volume and curl bounce. She is a wizard with curls, and so fun to talk to. She has me loving my curls finally!

My last words while in the chair were, "THANK YOU FOR FINALLY GIVING ME A GOOD HAIR DAY!" I have been going to another salon in the area and have had several deva cuts (for like twice the cost, mind you) and was happy with them, but not over-the-moon thrilled with them. Cassi sat down and looked me in the eye while I told her about my journey to re-connect with my curly, post-pregnancy weird-growth hair and got completely on the same page as me with what I was looking for with the cut. She is young but sister is SUPER knowledgable when it comes to curly hair–how to cut it and what products to use. It's easy to see her passion behind it! During my wash and product application she had me hold a mirror and watch how she applied the products. Talk about a game changer! I've been doing it completely wrong but with the right products. Multiple times she had me whip my wet hair around during application and drying (I mean...what curly girl applies and dries hair while sitting up?!?!) While I love the cut, I also loved the conversation. Cassi is sweet, easy to talk to, encouraging and relatable. I can't wait for my next haircut by her!! I'm officially switching salons. Something I LOVED about this KKBB is that before I ever even made my appointment, they did an email consultation to ensure that enough time was allotted to cut MY hair.

Cassidy did a fantastic job! She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced with curly hair. She took the time to listen to me and get to know the uniqueness of my hair and curls - where it’s thicker or thinner, how it lays, what I’m hoping for, etc. I walked out of the salon with the best looking hair I’ve ever had, and it’s looked amazing every day since!
