First of all Carrie got me in for my first appointment on a cancellation, which decreased my wait from my original appointment by almost a week! She’s very professional. She’s very attentive and respectful of your time during your appointment. We talked for several minutes about what I wanted and looked at the pictures I brought. We also spent time on education of styling and use of devacurl products and why they worked on my particular hair type, but she was not being pushy to sell products at all. The shop was clean and well kept and Carrie is great! Very upbeat and sweet. My cut turned out great!!
