I had been seeking a Devacurl Hair Stylist since deciding to learn how to take propercare of my fine 2b hair, I chose to go with Caroline after reading all her shining reviews & because the location was super convient for me!! My hair had been recovering from an full undercut grow out & after reaching out to Caroline, chatting with her over the phone, & sending her some photos I was relieved to hear she thought the length was salvagable (i was scared I was going to have to go short to match the undercut length) & was able to get me in on short noticed as I was leaving on a trip soon. I’m so glad I went with Caroline for my Devacut!!!!! She is super knowledgable, stylish, & you can tell she knows her stuff about her industry. She was able to work with my hair & my preferences to truly transform my curls into healthy stylish cut that I can grow into my preferred length! Caroline asked me plently of questions as she cut, washed, & styled my hair and explain each step she was doing in accordance to my hair type. What really blew me away was her dedictation to her craft, shes truly an artist of hair who seeks to make sure her clients are satisfied. She even followed up with my the next day & made sure my hair was to my liking as I had an event the next evening. Caroline was even willing to follow up with me before work in the early morning to do any adjustments if I wanted & showed such dedication to her work as well as being a kind person. You won’t regret going to her & I plan to see her again for my follow up Devacut!!

This review is a couple of months overdue, but ever since meeting Carline I've been in love with my curly hair and never once strained it. U.K. Hair Salon is located in the middle of hip downtown Burlingame. This is a very contemporary and super clean place. I was greeted by Caroline and seated immediately. Caroline spent far more time explaining the specifics of my hair structure than any other master ever had. She then proceeded to cutting, washing, drying, styling, etc. all while providing additional details and explanations about why this and not that, why this way and not that way. I left a master of my own hair :). At home, I simply follow Caroline's instruction and enjoy beautiful bouncy curls. Did I mention that I received more compliments in a week than I had in a decade?

I love the haircut Caroline gave me and have received lots of compliments from co-workers. I'm glad I listened to her when she suggested cutting a lot of the length that just wasn't working for me. Curly styling is new for me and she was very generous providing tips based on my specific hair type. I appreciate the time and care she put into providing a great cut that framed my face well.
