I went to Alexei today to get my hair done before my birthday and I chose her because she is supposedly a level 2 stylist. However, when she was cutting my hair she was combing it out with her fingers before cutting it. She also took way more than I wanted off and my locks are now uneven. She also left my hair wet so I didnt even know what my hair would look like. She did blow dry a little but didnt use a diffuser and used a brush on my super curly hair. Very disappointed in the way my hair turned out.
