In the past, I have had experienced Deva Cuts in the Seattle area where stylists have cut my hair unevenly, overly drench my hair in products, tried to convince me to buy the products than focusing on my Deva Cut, and in the end tried to convince me that it looked “great.” What differentiates her from past Deva cuts is that she truly wants to help you envision what kind of Deva Cut YOU DESIRE through a series of questions from hair texture preferences to asking current styling methods. This woman not only knows to shape curly/wavy texture hair, but she knows how to cut POC. I’m full Filipino with a hair type 2B, 2C, and 3A and Rachelle was able to shape my hair evenly and make it more voluminous. Check her out!
