I have visited several of the others in town who are supposed to be good with curls. No one even comes close to what Angelique does with my hair. She not only styles it beautifully, she has also helped me improve my hair routine for long-lasting better results and much healthier hair. Every time I go in, she has some extra tips and tricks for me. She really listens to me about what I want in my style and about the amount of effort I'm willing to put in (wash, condition, gel, and air dry on my way to work) and has never once suggested to me that I add a time-consuming step like diffuser drying or curling iron, or that I skip washes, or any of the other things people have tried to convince me to do over the years. She pays attention to what actually works for me, so I can get very similar results at home. Her clientele is quite diverse, and from what I've seen she's great with the whole range of curly textures. HAPPY ALLERGY ALERT: She also checks in with me every single visit about my allergies and double-checks labels on every product she considers using on me. I have sent others with extreme allergies to her with confidence that she'll take good care of them too.

We are so glad we found Angelique! Our girls have curly hair and we had no clue how to properly care for it. Internet research only led to information overwhelm and so many conflicting opinions. Angelique is a amazing woman and stylist. It was my first time getting my hair colored and she really did the thing! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and explained everything so clearly. I have a sensitive scalp and she even showed me products that would be a good fit for me.
