I called ahead to ensure that there was a DevaCurl specialist on board (some Ultas are listed, but don't actually have someone in staff at all times). I was able to sneak a same-day cut in with Julie. She recognized immediately that my last stylist (not a DevaCurl stylist) had messed up my hair, and how to fix it. She took less than an hour, and my hair once again looks magnificent. I wish I was going to be staying in this area, because I'd go to her regularly if so! (I travel full time so I'm not ever in one place more than a year, and I'm only in San Antonio for a month.)
