I found Jennifer through a friend at work who had curly hair and is her client. They got me in pretty quickly which i appreciated. With curly hair you can go from fine one day to desperate for a haircut the next with no warning. I showed Jennifer a picture of how I wanted my hair to look and she gave me a deva cut with an end result that was exactly what I wanted. She explained everything that she was doing and which products she was using on my hair. I absolutely love my hair and my curls look fabulous. I’m so happy that I found her!

I called to inquire about pricing but they were closed so I didn't leave a message. The next day someone called me back. Kinda weird, whatever. I had read that I needed to come in with clean hair free of product so I inquired about that and the receptionist was CLUELESS. 'Um, we wash your hair so you can come in however.' So I booked an appointment and asked that Jennifer PLEASE give me a call so I could clarify. The girl really did not want to take my message but eventually said she would tell Jennifer. I didn't hear back for two days so I called back and I was told 'Jennifer is REALLY busy' so I asked if I could get a call back. The receptionist was so hesitant. She put me on hold and came back and said 'I mean she will try to call you back but she is SO BUSY.' So then I just cancelled. If you're paying $100+ for a haircut you should be well informed and at least get a call back if you request one.
