Courtney had a great personality, and I went in with high hopes. My 3b/3c hair was badly in need of a cut. The cut looks really good, but she wasn't comfortable styling my hair and it showed. I left looking worse than I arrived, and had to wash out the products and restyle right afterwards. I was mostly disappointed because I paid $70 for just a cut essentially, and was told that it couldn't be improved because another client was coming in soon and there was no time.
