Arianna is amazing! I’ve been visiting her business for over a year now, and not only does she keep my hair looking its best, but she’s also a pleasure to chat with (an important part of the hair cutting experience!). She’s also quite knowledgeable about best practices for curly hair care, and has given me great advice. If you’re looking for a new stylist she is definitely worth a visit!

I'm going to try to keep this short because I honestly have a whole lot to say about my experience here... but the main point is that Arianna destroyed my hair and at least three years of growth. It's so bad, that I wonder if she did it on purpose. She spent two hours cutting my hair ONLY in the back and barely touched the front. I couldn't see what she had done until I got home and when I did I was absolutely devastated - and I have been ever since. The back is totally chopped up with a supper short layer at the top back and long scraggly pieces hanging down. It's horrible and embarrassing. I used to love my hair and I haven't worn it down in months since this happened. I can only wear my hair in a stupid bun or wear a baseball hat. My boyfriend hates it and we never go out anymore. I had a vacation planned after I got my hair cut and my hair was such a disaster that I actually didn't even go... so that wasted over $1,000 dollars on the trip and now because of corona I have no idea when I'll be able to take another one. It will take me a LONG TIME to grown back and fix what she did to my hair. All I keep thinking about is how she was telling me about how long her hair was before she had her baby... that she used to sit on it because it went all the way down her back... and how it grows so fast so she cut it so she could have a comfortable pregnancy and it's growing so fast blah blah blah. Well good for you because I was SO happy about the length I was able to grow and how healthy my hair was looking because it had taken me a long time... and she just destroyed years and years of progress. I just don't have the words to express how angry I am. I might come back and add a link to some pictures if I can. You really have to see it to fully grasp how horrible it is.
