we spoke for about 5-7 minutes about what I wanted done to my hair cutting the top and front with no length taken off. when i restyled my hair the next day my hair on the sides were gone and you couldnt see the hair in the back from the front anymore. I had about 2-3 inches of hair taken off. I texted her with before and after photos and stated there was clearly a miscommunication. She said maybe my hair was shrunken (like I am not aware of what shrunken hair looks like) and that she had only taken a few pieces off. That could not have been the case by the before and after photos. I was very displeased especially with graduation photos AND graduation within the next few weeks. I am unsure if I will get my hair braided now or attempt to stretch it with a blow dryer. when I expressed my dissatisfaction she did apologize and offer a refund. Which was kind but the fact is I have like a mushroom cut. I was so excited someone within a 6 hours radius was right in my town but I would be cautious if you have 3C or 4A, B, or C hair. She was super sweet and I could tell she enjoys what she does. Her hair area was clean and she was very hospitable. I just don't think kinky curly hair is what she does best.
