The title says it all. When you find the one, you never let them go! I live in Concord and have been forever looking for someone who actually knows how to cut and style curly hair. Ask any stylist and they will say, "yes I cut curly hair!" Only to find them cutting you wet and sending you off a static mess! For years I always went to the salon knowing I was headed right back home to style my own hair. UhG! Well not anymore! I randomly walked into Chrome salon one day and asked if they had anyone who cut curly hair; they did! So I scheduled my appointment and came in for my first cut and color a few days later. From the get go Reneé was super kind and engaging. I could tell right off that she was talking a language I had not heard before! Obviously since I had never actually met someone trained and skilled in cutting and styling curls. My appointment was nearly four hours. From an amazing dry cut exactly how I asked, to conditioning and treatment tips! I left that first day and my curls were locked in for three days! I cannot recommend Reneé and the Chrome team enough! I found the one! And Im not letting go! ;-)

Renee was very personable and she cut my curls to expectation from going to other curly salons. She took her time, tailored my haircut to my curls and my style changes, made expert recommendations and made sure I was satisfied with my cut and style before I left. I also loved how I looked when I left. Rather than the common curly girl woe of getting a cut and leaving hating how my hair was styled, I instead loved it and went right out on a date. I have been getting compliments from friends and strangers on a regular basis since my haircut as well.

I have seen Renee a few times now, and each time she is great! She takes time to talk through what she is doing and why, and doesn't start until she is sure I understand the process and outcome! I wish everyone took the time she does to know me and my preferences, and help get my hair to it's best potential!
