Scheduled a consultation and was truly heartened to have found a curly girl who knows her stuff AND listens to the client. She assessed my hair and we discussed my care routine. Booked a follow up for later that week to come in for a full styling session. My hair was super short. So for now we opted not to do a cut. But I will be back for a DevaCut soon. Thenstylyong session sitelf was like a personalized hair class. She walked me through my whole process and added a few new products to help me manage my frizz and bring out my ringlets that had been hiding. Wow! That plus taking the time to diffuse my hair made my curls pop! Best part was that she helped me learn to do each technique myself. So now, daily, I am able to repeat her steps. It was so empowering. She couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Not pushy at all. Trust her completely. Referring every local curly girl I know. You will be in the best possible hands! I took my 7 year old daughter to Tameria and she did an amazing job on her hair. My daughter's curls have never looked so good! She is truly an artist and clearly has a passion for what she does. The only thing that outshines her skills is her lovely personality! I immediately felt comfortable with her, as did my daughter. She was patient and kind throughout the process even as my daughter got antsy. If you are in need of a knowledgeable, skilled stylist, the search is over curls like crazy is your place!
