Jackie is a curl transformation phenom!!!! I have been getting exclusively Deva cuts since 2010 - I’ve been to all the salons in NYC and have used a number of very talented stylists. Jackie tops them all - she gave me the best cut and curl transformation I have ever had. She is funny, kind, knowledgeable, professional. She was patient and listened to my hair frustrations and taught me new ways to use products that I thought I had a perfect grasp of.
