I contacted this salon about cutting my naturally wavy hair, because DevaCurl has them listed as having a curly approved stylist. First they asked me to come in with dirty hair and when I asked to confirm and stated I was under the impression I should have clean hair with no products they changed it. Then they asked me to straighten my hair before coming in, which I’ve read is the opposite of what you should do. When I probed about this, the girl answering the phone just giggled and said they were Deva certified.
