- they did use CGM approved products - they gave one price on the phone. I paid 25% more. I was not aware/informed of extra costs - i have not been able to get a deva cut yet... but I am pretty sure this was not it. It appeared as if they were aware of some of the theory... but not the philosophy... this was evident when they started with a wide tooth comb to my hair. - service was kind/polite - I am not a confrontational person, so it was hard for me to address these kinds of things while on the spot.
